Shipping Policy

All domestic orders, placed Monday thru Friday, will ship the following business day unless there is a delay in receiving payment approval.

Next day shipping is only available for in-stock items.
Shipping days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or Canadian holidays.
Express shipping is delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Not available for PO Box or APO/FPO address.

Shipping Costs

Any size of order, anywhere in Canada is a flat rate of $5.00. If your shipping address is in the United States, your shipping cost will depend on the weight of your order. Your shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout screen.

Delivery Time

Domestic We ship by Canada Post's Expedited Parcel. Once your order is processed, the Expedited Parcel service delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centers. All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC.
International We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back here for updates. If you have any questions, please email info@dojang.ca.

Taxes

Orders shipped within British Columbia pay 7% PST and 5% GST. Orders to all other provinces in Canada pay no PST, 5% GST only. U.S. residents pay no Canadian sales taxes.

Return Policy

You may return most unused items purchased at DOJANG within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please email info@dojang.ca to request an RMA. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
